Terms
1. Bad Weather Procedures & Blue Sky Guarantee Here at Crossgate we have a Blue Sky Guarantee. That means that even if the weather is cloudy or dark we will replace all skies during editing to ensure your photos look beautiful. If weather conditions are too difficult to overcome (ie. unable to fly a drone or conditions would negatively impact the visual presentation of your listing) we will contact you the day of to reschedule your appointment free of charge to the next available day/time.
2. Client Responsibilities Agents are responsible for preparing the property prior to photography, ensuring the property is clean and accessible to our photographers. Each room should be staged and ready for photography prior to the photographer's arrival. The better prepared the listing, the more time the photographer will have to get the best possible photos.
In addition, the time the photographer is allowed to spend on site is determined by the services purchased. If property is not ready on photographer's arrival their ability to complete all service within remaining time may be at risk. If the property is not ready, and the photographer does not have enough time to complete all services a second appointment may be needed for an additional charge. Pets and animals should be placed in a crate, cage, or removed from property.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations/reschedules made less than 12 hours before an appointment may incur a cancellation/rescheduling fee of at least $50.
4. Delivery of Images Final media is delivered digitally the next day. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
5. Quality and Retouching We guarantee high-quality images and basic retouching of all final photographs. Additional extensive editing services are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
6. Pricing and Payment Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment for services must be made either when placing the order or upon delivery of the order. Payment for services must be made in order to download your media. We accept most forms of online payment. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of delivery.
7. Travel Fees Our office is located at 1200 Woodruff Road, Suite H3, Greenville, SC 29607. For appointments scheduled within a 40-mile radius of our office, no travel fee will be charged. For appointments beyond this radius, a flat travel fee of $25 will apply.
8. Use of Images for Promotion Crossgate Realty Media reserves the right to use any photographs for our own promotional purposes unless expressly declined by the client in writing.
9. Liability and Limitations Crossgate Realty Media is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, or governmental restrictions. We maintain liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused during a photo shoot.
10. Privacy and Data Protection We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' information. Personal information collected is used only for conducting business and providing services as requested.
11 Ownership and Licensing of Images Clients receive an unlimited use license to use the photographs for personal or promotional purposes related to the sale of the property photographed. Crossgate Realty Media retains all copyrights to the images.
